Jack Goeken
Jack, a farmboy son of an immigrant minister, with barely a high school education went on to break up the AT&T monopoly and connect the world through telecommunications. To us, he was Grandpa Jack, the life of the room and the one telling us to never give up on our dreams.
Sandra Goeken
2nd Generation
Creating connectivity where it had never been, the sky! Sandra served as President of Airfone, launching 10 global corporations. She was awarded Chicago Business Leader of the Year, Entrepreneur Hall of Fame and in 1992 and was Presidential appointment to FCC’s 1992 Small Business Advisory Committee elected Chair of the New Technology subcommittee. Utilizing her background in telecom and understanding of current technology needs, she created some of the first “Smart City” inventions using LEDs & Lighting as the Backbone infrastructure for Smart City Networks. she was our hero showing us that if you work hard enough you can do the unimaginable
